At Beetle, every piece is handcrafted with care and inspected before it leaves our hands. We want you to love what you receive.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

No Returns

As each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. However if there is a defect or damage upon delivery, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a defect.
